The first Zingaretti handling robot was crated as far back as 1978 in the garage at home. It was immediately used with great success in the most important industries for the molding of plastic. But, as we all know, electric minds never stop. And so the evolution of species began, leading to new robot models with new applications.

From the first mainly mechanical robot of 1978, to the pneumatic 1980 version, through the electropneumatic and electromechanical models, right up to today’s electronic version.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The road from the outset has been to achieve Robot RELIABLE and ductile, give the user a SIMPLE and INTUITIVE where you do not need a programmer to use.
To do this we always put quality and attention to detail in the first place, in the structure with special aluminum profiles in the transmission with planetary gearboxes at the highest level and the use of brushless motors since the early 90s. All functions and programs that the robot can perform are simply inserted through the touch screen panel applied with an adjustable bracket, near the control panel of the press so as to make the whole a single machine.
